Ziggy finished his CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIP in fine style with mulitple best of breed wins. He was lightly specialed on the west coast for 2006. In very limited showing he has recieved multiple best of breeds including group cuts over top BIS sporting dogs making him Canada's #5 NSDT Retriever for that year, giving him a automatic invite to Eukanuba for 2007!

 

Ziggy showed in White Rock BC at the 2007 NSDTR national specialty where he made the cut for BOB from a entry of 40 specials! He also was cut into the top 5 males for breed in the US national specialty in Syracuse NY in 2007!

 

Ziggy showed lightly in the US during 2006.  In the summer of 2006 Ziggy went to a local one day dog show close to home where he picked up his first major! During his trip to WI in September 2006 Ziggy placed a honorable 3rd in the open class of 13dogs at the AKC National Specialty! A month later he went on a vaccation to CA where he picked up two BOW for two majors! Ziggy returned home where he picked up a 5point major going BOB over a Eukanuba invite special and a BISS winner to finish his AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

 

Ziggy was specialed in the USA for 2007.  He received multiple BOB wins and a group placement. He was awarded a group 3rd at the Helena Montana Show handled by Kerri Van Eaton on September 23/07! Ziggy was honoured with a Award of Excellence at the Eukanuba dog show in December 2007 qualifying him for Crufts in 2008/2009!  Ziggy finished the year as #4 Toller in breed points and #9 Toller all breed points in tollers in the AKC. Ziggy was invited to Westminster for 2008 where he picked up a Award of Merit! Ziggy was shown very lightly in the USA for 2008 where he finished the year as #10 Toller in AKC breed points (tied with two other exceptional tollers).

 

Ziggy completed his CGC test on June 2007 at the Canby Oregon dog show!

 

In 2008 Ziggy visited Sweden for 3 dog shows including the World Dog Show and Circuit shows. Ziggy was awarded 2 excellent ratings in the open class with a 2nd and 1st placement. Following his placement of 1st in the open class on July 5, 2008 Ziggy received his certificate (CC) from judge Douglas Johnson earning him his SWEDISH SHOW CHAMPION title!!!!!! The following day at the World Dog Show Ziggy was awarded his 3rd excellent rating from the champions class!

 

Ziggy was shown at the 2009 Ontario National Specialty show for tollers and received a Judges Award of Merritt under Ainslee Mills.

 

Ziggy's hips OVC pass, OVC Elbows normal, CERF normal, Thryoid normal, Heart Normal, Optigen tested CEA/CH Normal and PRA Carrier. Ziggy's semen has been tested with 90% mobility and a normal sperm count.
